Kathy Nilsson lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with her husband and teenage son. Her poems have appeared or will appear in Volt, Ploughshares, Del Sol, Post Road, 5AM, Columbia, Gulf Coast, Meridian, and Perihelion. Her poem, Furniture of the World, published in the May/June 2006 issue of the Boston Review also appeared on Poetry Daily. Her chapbook, The Abattoir, is being published in the Spring of 2008 by Finishing Line Press.
