Moira Linehan’s debut collection, If No Moon, was selected by Dorianne Laux as the winner of the 2006 Crab Orchard Series in Poetry open competition and was published by Southern Illinois University Press. If No Moon was named an Honor Book in Poetry in the 2008 Massachusetts Book Awards. Moira’s poems have appeared in Alaska Quarterly Review, Image, Notre Dame Review, Orion, Poetry, Poetry East, Prairie Schooner and elsewhere. Twice her work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She holds a MFA in Writing from Vermont College and lives in Winchester, MA.
